Unexpected real charges

If you believe this storefront charged you in error, contact us with the order reference, payment date and amount. Do not send your full card number, security code, password or other payment credentials.

If we confirm that a real payment was taken by this demonstration storefront in error, we will cancel the associated unfulfilled order and refund the amount paid to the original payment method. We do not deduct a cancellation or restocking fee. The time it takes a refund to appear depends on your payment provider or bank.
