Terms of service

About these services

Parity Outdoors operates commerce.parityeq.com using Shopify. This storefront is currently provided for product demonstrations and agentic-commerce integration testing. By using the storefront, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

Demonstrations and test transactions

Product listings, example prices and checkout flows are provided for demonstration and testing. This storefront does not supply physical merchandise. A test checkout or test order confirmation does not create an obligation to ship goods. Use the test payment options provided for an authorized demonstration; do not submit real payment credentials for a test purchase.

Questions about cancellations or unexpected real charges are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Using the storefront

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the storefront or other users, or submit unlawful content. Keep any account credentials secure. Use fictional test details where possible and avoid submitting unnecessary personal information.

Automated shopping tools

AI assistants and other automated tools must respect the same storefront access controls and applicable terms as other visitors. Access to product information does not authorize an agent to bypass consent choices, access another person's account or complete a payment without the buyer's authorization.

Product information and availability

Demonstration product specifications and prices may change as we test the storefront. Do not rely on a demonstration listing as an offer to supply physical goods or as product performance advice.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify and other linked services operate under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the storefront or its operating model changes. The updated terms will be published here with a revised date. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
